How can you block people on facebook from seeing your friends and default picture?

Okay, so I’ve seen people’s facebook pages that show everything completely blocked and that’s what I want. I went through privacy and settings and set EVERYTHING to only friends. However people can still see my default picture and all my friends. I have some like psycho stalker who might go through my friends and stuff, so I want EVERYTHING blocked, do you know how to block friends and the default pictures on facebook? Thanks!

   Not possible. The fact that someone is your friend is not private, according the Facebook. Neither is the picture.

   OMG They finally have a Facebook APP that lets you change your layout/colors in facebook!! and its free!!
